a) What is Personal Data?
Personal Data is any information relating to personal or material circumstances that relates to an identified or identifiable individual. This includes, for example, your name, date of birth, e-mail address, postal address, or telephone number as well as online identifiers such as your IP address.
b) What is processing?
“Processing” means any operation or set of operations which is performed upon Personal Data, whether or not by automatic means. The term is broad and covers virtually any handling of data.

To provide our website, we use the services of Namecheap, Inc, who process all data to be processed in connection with the operation of our website on our behalf. The legal basis for the data processing is our legitimate interest in providing our website.
e) How long is your data stored?
We process and store your Personal Data only to achieve the respective processing purpose or for as long as a legal retention period exists (in particular the UK’s commercial and tax law for up to six years). Once the purpose has been achieved or the retention period has expired, the corresponding data is routinely deleted.
a) Security

a) Log files
Each time a user accesses our website and each time a file is retrieved, data about this process is temporarily processed in a log file. In detail, the following data is stored for each access/retrieval: a) Date and time of the retrieval (time stamp), as well as the IP address of the accessing device or server, b) request details and destination address (protocol version, HTTP method, referrer, User Agent string), c) name of the retrieved file and transferred data volume (requested URL incl. query string, sise in bytes) and d) Message as to whether the retrieval was successful (HTTP status code).
On the basis of our legitimate interest in a secure website, we store this data to protect against attacks for up to 7 days beyond the time of your visit. This data is analysed and required for legal and criminal prosecution in the event of attacks on communications technology. The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the performance of tasks.

We also offer to contact us via the messaging services of WhatsApp. If you contact us via WhatsApp we store and use the mobile phone number you use and – if provided – your first and last name in accordance with the provision of a contractual or pre-contractual measure to process and respond to your request.

In doing so, we process the same data that we process in the context of providing our contractual services. The purpose and our interest in the processing lies in the administration, financial accounting, archiving of data, i.e., tasks that serve the maintenance of our business activities, performance of our tasks and provision of our services. The deletion of data with regard to contractual services and contractual communication corresponds to the information mentioned in these processing activities. In this context, we disclose or transmit data to the tax authorities, consultants such as tax advisors or auditors as well as other fee offices and payment service providers.
